Many people will want to add or change exercises for the workout programs you'll find here.
Some people have the tendency to always want to change or customize something. Some may want to change the number of sets and reps.
I think those people believe they are making it their own. Well, in reality, it doesn't matter. This is your own program. You will change and customize things as you go. Everything changes based on you. So there's no need to start out with changes. See what works first. Don't change.
Others may need to change exercises due to the lack of weight lifting equipment.
So, is it okay to change these programs around? I want you to keep the workouts exactly as listed. If you need to change something due to the lack of equipment, make sure the exercises you substitute are good replacements.
In other WLC workout programs, you will learn how to address weaknesses in muscle groups and make the necessary changes to work on what you need to work on. BUT, for this workout program, you need to leave it alone and perform the exercises given.

The program works very, very well as written. Follow the workouts exactly unless you can't for some reason.
