Other WLC programs introduce you to addressing weaknesses in muscle groups. Most everyone will want or need to improve a muscle group. Most people have certain muscles that lag behind other muscle groups and some muscle groups that are strengths.
You can work on improving weaknesses by choosing exercises for one major muscle group that also works your lagging muscle group.
For example, your triceps are worked very well when you choose Dips as a chest exercise. So, you can bring up a weakness in your triceps by choosing Dips as a chest exercise.
After you perform the other WLC workout programs, you’ll understand more about choosing exercises to improve weaknesses.
Another way to bring up a lagging muscle group is to apply a greater amount of intensity to the exercises for that particular muscle group and lay off the intensity for the other muscle groups.
Do not attempt to address any weaknesses until after you’ve performed THIS workout program.
Many times you may think you have a weakness in a muscle group when in fact you don’t. For example, everyone always wants to work their chest, arms, and abs more than anything else just because those muscle groups are the “show-off” muscle groups.
With WLC, you build a balanced body. You will not focus on the show off muscle groups if they aren’t a weakness. Only focus on your true weaknesses. Work on building a balanced body, and you’ll have a much better looking and better functioning body.
Showing off is something you shouldn’t be worried about either. Helping others is a much better focus in life than showing off what you have because someone else doesn’t. Many of you might
do this without even thinking so be aware of what you are doing in life and how it can affect other people. Creating jealousy is not something you want to do.
This program is about making you healthy and helping you to get stronger, more muscular, and more balanced. The goal of this program is to build a strength base that sets you up for even
more success later.
After performing this workout program, you’ll start to see which muscle groups are REALLY your weaknesses. You may find out that what you once thought was a weakness is no longer a weakness.
