This will lead into a 21-day trial program for only $4.95 -- if they do not cancel by the end of 21 days, they will be charged the remaining balance. They will, of course, have the option to purchase the full program from the beginning too.

After preparing for 7 days, it will be hard to say no to a $4.95 trial which costs less than some nasty fast food meal for lunch.

I've put together several different quick reference guides that are usually only 1 to 2 pages and are in PDF format.

You can give these away on forums, message boards, twitter, facebook, or on your website. You can also send them as bonuses to your mailing list.

You might post this as a free workout plan in forums where you find Bowflex users. Yahoo Answers is another good option. You'd be surprised as to how many people are using a Bowflex out there.

• Progress Tracking Sheet

Tracking progress is a must. This sheet includes all body measurements that should be tracked. Body weight, muscle mass, body fat, etc is all included.

This would be a great sheet to give away on popular forums like Bodybuilding.com -- you'll target thousands and thousands of people who are already working out. And MANY people are frustrated with their current program and the results they are getting.

People that become curious will click through your affiliate link and many will purchase the program immediately.

• 21 Biggest Mistakes in Fitness

This is one of my free online courses that reveals the many lies that are out there today.

The reader signs up for the course and in the process is registered for an email autoresponder series -- they are also given immediate access to a special section of the website.

The goal of the course is to introduce the reader to the WLC Program -- by the end of the last autoresponder (which is 2 weeks from the first email) the reader will be ready to purchase the program.

The free stuff I have available for you to give away WILL build trust with your visitors. Take advanatge of everything I've provided for you -- the hard work has already been completed for you.

All you have to do is get this stuff out there and wait for the returns to come flowing in... more free stuff to come so you can continue to overdeliver and "wow" your visitors.
