Why Did I Start Researching Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits?
In the past, I've had high blood pressure problems and acid reflux problems due to 2 HUGE mistakes I made on my quest to get bigger and build muscle:
- I stopped doing cardio when listening to advice from a so-called expert when I was trying to build muscle.
- I was eating anything and everything that I could in order to gain weight and build muscle.
Both of those were HUGE mistakes. I became very unhealthy and was doing everything wrong.
Before I go any further, I HIGHLY recommend that you NEVER cut out cardiovascular exercise from your program completely. I also recommend that you ALWAYS eat healthy foods.
It's fine to have a cheat meal every once in a while. Just don't make it a regular habit. The healthier you eat... the better your health will be, the better you'll look, and the better you'll feel.
You MUST do at least 3 sessions of cardiovascular exercise each week... I skipped out on cardio for a long time because I was so focused on building muscle and getting bigger. My body wasn't allowed to become accustomed to the HEAVIER weight of my body and my blood pressure shot through the roof.
That's why you should always do cardiovascular exercise... You don't want to get bigger at the expense of your health. You want to be able to move well with your new body weight and muscle mass. Cardio allows you to do so.
I started looking into natural ways to treat my high blood pressure and acid reflux. I'm not big on any type of medicine or putting anything harmful into my body. Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...

Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and
have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while
exploring the entire package!!!).
I have to admit that over the past years
I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete
honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as
yours!!!
I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the
big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It
comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all

I especially found the goal setting information to be
