created by SSG Gena Chavez-Hassan and is not property of Weight Lifting
Complete. I cannot provide help for this file as I did not create the
spreadsheet. The SSG did provide a contact address in the file.
The second worksheet I have for you for testing your Army Body Fat
level is an automated worksheet from the Army Bytes website. I have
provided the direct download link from their website for you here.
