Cardiovascular or aerobic exercise is the only activity that burns fat directly from your body.
If you want to burn fat, you’ve got to do aerobic exercise.
Start with 3 sessions per week for 30 minutes at a medium intensity and increase as needed.
So, measure your results each week. When fat loss begins to slow, add more fat burning cardio workouts instead of decreasing food intake.
