Beta Alanine Helps You To Do
More Reps With Heavy Weight

Beta alanine is a supplement I didn't really expect to work so well. I was hearing all of this hype about it, BUT the hype was coming from respectable people that I knew.

Since the hype was coming from people I respect, I decided to give it a try.

So, I decided to give it a shot because it's not an expensive supplement at all. I usually don't fall for any hype, but I'm glad I did this time.

I want you to give it a try if you have a few extra dollars to spend.

I dosed it as directed by the people who knew the most about it. I added it to a few of my protein shakes throughout the day and took it pre and post workout to get the required amount for the first few weeks.

It does have a side effect that you'll most likely get the first several times you take it...

It will cause you to feel some tingling in your arms, so start out with lower doses and ensure you get the amount right before swallowing the stuff. The tingling can be a little uncomfortable, but the good news is that is goes away pretty quickly.

The side effect has not proven to be harmful and tens of thousands of people have tried this supplement and that number is increasing more and more every day. The side effect has disappeared for me and it only took a few months for it to totally go away.

It may bother you at first, but it really is no big deal as long as your realize that the side effect may be there. It's not good to be surprised when it comes to tingling in your arms. So be ready for it.

What Does Beta Alanine Do For You?

I'll tell you what Beta Alanine does. And it's not just me alone that has gotten these results. I didn't believe them at first either.

Beta alanine gives me that extra strength to push through one or two extra reps at the end of a set. Pretty strong results, huh?

Not too many supplements will give you these type of results. So, when I get to the tough part of the WLC workouts and I'm trying to increase my rep maxes, I've got the extra confidence and strength to get that last rep or two.

This supplement really helps you push through those tough reps. This effect is real. It really works!!!

I did not have any of this effect before taking it. I've been lifting weights for a long time now, and I've never taken a supplement that had this kind of effect.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...


Hi Josh,

Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while exploring the entire package!!!).

I have to admit that over the past years I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as yours!!!

I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers ... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims ... and it's yours.

I especially found the goal setting information to be very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my endeavours in the gym.

Your system will have me going after my dream body with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.

In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3 weeks if I was lucky!

Despite all that, during some years I'd build a little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you recommend.

I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line is I was never consistent with anything!!!!

I have a very strong feeling all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real results at last*.

Oh, by the way I am 56 years old and my long-term goal is to have an awesome physique at 60 in comparison to the average one I had at 30. Thank you once again for putting out such a terrific and very complete program - I will not have any hesitation in recommending it to everyone I know.
