From there I want
you to play around with your
foot position and kneeling positions until you find the best stretch
for your biceps. You'll be able to find it very easily, and you should
feel your biceps stretching very well. I like to kneel down as far back
as possible so that my biceps are being forced to stretch and support
my weight.
I also like a new stretch that I've found that
uses the cable system on my power rack. I simply grab the cables in a
standing position and assume a position similar to the bottom position
of the cable cross exercise for your chest
stretch.
You should be able to find a great position for
stretching your biceps. You'll feel it when you've found a good
position. You can really use your body weight to put some force into
this stretch.
How to
for Bicep Stretch #1
I've been using this particular stretch for a long
time now and it's been absolutely wonderful to me. I started with 13
inch arms, and now have 17 inch arms measured cold. I will soon be
moving to 17.5 and then to 18 inch arms before I'm finished. All of
this has been natural. The stretch shown below will help you to do the
same and get the big biceps you want.
I want you to experiment with this stretch by
bending your knees and trying to get the best possible stretch. Keep
working until you find that sweet spot. Once you find that perfect
stretching spot, hold it there until you reach the required time. The
required time will be set by you at the beginning of your WLC
Program.
How to
for Bicep Stretch #2
This is a new favorite of mine that I stumbled
upon when doing a chest stretch. I noticed that I could get a good
stretch in my biceps as I was getting into position for a chest
stretch. Well, the stretch shown in the image below is one of the
better stretches that I've found to this day! Give it a try if you have
a cable pulley system like the one shown on my power rack.
