Bowflex PR1000

I bought the PR1000 and I have been looking for an exercise program that would fit the machine. As I am sure you know it is a limited machine. I looked at your exercise program for Bowflex and I see that I dont have the equipment to do some of the exercises any ideas, I like this workout that you have.

Sub Exercises You Have

Within your Bowflex manual, you should substitute exercises for the major muscle group being worked. Simply choose one from your manual and work on getting really strong on that exercise.

For example, instead of doing Squats since you can't on your machine (at least I don't think you can) you can do the leg press exercise.
