The truth is…
Abdominal exercises do nothing to get rid of the fat around your waist and midsection… absolutely nothing, zilch, zero. If you have been doing ab exercises to get rid of tummy fat, you have been wasting your time and effort.
If you’ve spent money on all the gimmicks and ab machines on TV and websites, you have wasted your money, your effort, and your time.
The only thing ab exercises do is burn a few calories… and that’s only a few calories too.
Save your money. Stop wasting your time. Stop wasting your effort. Never buy another ab machine and never do useless ab routines, abdominal exercises, or fall for another one of those ab gadgets on TV.
Never trust the fitness models you see on TV using some useless machine. They tell you their BRAND NEW ab machine works the abs better than anything in existence and then commence to tell you lies about how this machine produced ‘these’ abs (while pointing to them).

Burn Stomach Fat Myth #2: Low Calorie Intake Gives You a Smaller Waist
The first thing people turn to when trying to lose weight is one of the popular low calorie diets. Those low calorie diets are so popular because they really do help you to lose weight fast.
But do they burn stomach fat or any other fat on your body? The answer is a huge “NO!”
You lose weight fast with low calorie diets because your body begins to feed off the lean muscle mass within your body. People are happy because the number on the scale decreases fast but then they look in the mirror and all the FAT is still there.
Low calorie diets are the worst possible option if you want to burn stomach fat.
All you will burn with the popular low cal diets is your precious muscle mass. You will look worse and feel worse with a diet low in calories.

Do they lose stomach fat? Nope. The fat stays there.
The right type of cardiovascular exercise will burn body fat very fast. BUT, you must have a good aerobic exercise plan along with a good weight lifting plan and a good diet plan too.
You can’t just go to the gym, get on a cardio machine, and do the same thing every workout. Don’t expect any results if that’s what you plan on doing.
You should be using several different types of cardiovascular exercise. You should stay within the fat burning zone each workout. Most importantly, though, is to work on making progress each workout.
Making progress is something MOST people never worry about. They just jump on the machines act as if they are zombies working out. Blah, blah, blah.
When you get better at several different types of cardio, you will begin to see the belly fat go away. You cannot do the same amount of cardio all year long because the body adapts. You MUST cycle the amount of cardio you do. If you don’t, you’ll be wasting your time.
Burn Stomach Fat Myth #4: You Can Go Back to Eating Normal Once You Lose the Stomach Fat
I’m really not sure why people think they can burn stomach fat fat by changing their diet and then go back to eating ‘normal’ without fat gain.
This makes no sense at all…
Why would you not get fat again by eating the same way that got you fat in the first place? I’m not sure how or why people convince themselves that going back to their old ways will be okay. You definitely won’t burn stomach fat — you’ll add more stomach fat.
If your ‘normal’ way of eating got you fat, I guarantee it will get you fat again. And any type of normal diet that got you fat can’t be good for your health… even if you exercise to keep the fat from coming back.

I’m sick of food manufacturers and diet programs claiming foods like potatoes are unhealthy. And then they tell you that you should be eating their processed junk.
Yeah, potatoes are bad and your processed junk food in disguise is good for you??? Yeah right!!!
