Coffee Grinder
A food grinder makes quick meals!

coffee grinder for quick mealsA Coffee Grinder has helped me to be able to eat oats quickly and without gagging. I know some people thatdon't have any trouble eating oatmeal.

I do know for sure that there are millions of people out there that can't stand eating oatmeal. Most people, especially weight lifters, know how healthy oatmeal is for you. Oats are a great source of slow digesting carbs!

I've got a trick for you right here on this page to help you start eating some foods that you could not eat before. Quick meals are needed when you are trying to build muscle.

Sometimes you just don't feel like sitting down and eating a huge meal for those extra calories. You need those extra calories for building muscle. If you've ever tried gaining weight in the form of muscle before, you'll know that it's tough to eat more and more food each day.

How long does it take you to prepare and eat your oatmeal?

I don't know about you, but I would have to wake up 15 minutes earlier than usual just to make me up a bowl of oatmeal in the morning.

It would take me 10 minutes to choke that stuff down. I learned of ways to make it taste better like adding splenda and peanut butter, but it would still cost me too much time in the morning.

I would rather sleep those extra 25 minutes than get up early just to fix and eat my oatmeal. I needed a quick meal.

Sometimes when I'm craving it, though, I still like to cook me up a good bowl of oatmeal and add some peanut butter and a few packs of splenda. On work days, though, when I'm already tired and pushing the envelope on sleep, I like to have something quick that I don't have to worry about.

Old fashioned oatmeal can take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare!

Grind those Oats!

What you need to do if you're in the same boat as me is to get you a coffee grinder. A decent grinder will cost you around 20 to 30 dollars, but it will save you a lot of time.

You don't have to purchase an expensive grinder because we're not grinding coffee here. We're grinding oats! You're going to want to buy the old fashioned oats and not the quick oats.

If you set your grinder setting on fine, you will have oats that you can drink down with water. You wont't even need to chew or hardly even taste the oats. Now that's the way for me. Because I sure don't like eating those plain bowls of oatmeal.

The Perfect Meal

I don't know about perfect, but this meal will be a very nutritious one. All you need to do is measure out the amount of oats that you need and put them in your new coffee grinder.

Grind them up and put them in your blender bottle along with your protein and you'll have a nutritious breakfast that you can add your milk, fatty acid oils, or whatever else you want to add. If you're in a hurry like I am in the morning, this is the perfect breakfast. Heck, even throw in some green foods for an even more nutritious meal.

Recommended Coffee Grinder

You can get your grinder straight from Amazon and have yours in only a few days.

Check out the grinder to the left by Mr Coffee. You can get this for under $20. I have this same grinder and have used mine for a few years now.

I purchased mine at Kohl's a few years ago and mine cost me close to $30 a few years ago. So, this is a very good deal.
