I thought most of you would like to know something about me since you'll be reading and trusting me with the information on this website. I want you to know me and to know who I am. You need to trust in what you are doing to make the best progress in your life. I've included all the information below so you can get to know me and realize that I know what I'm doing.   • As you can see, I am not the strongest person out there or even close to the strongest. To beginners I may look very strong. I do not train for strength, but I have obtained decent numbers ever since I started weight lifting for building muscle and stopped trying to lose weight. Training for strength alone is not my goal. I do train to gain strength in the muscle building rep ranges! This is the key to building muscle along with a calorie surplus!

    Building muscle is the most important to me because I believe it benefits your body in so many more ways than pure strength. My Squat is not impressive at all, but I have come a long way. Squats have always been difficult for me to increase and I never thought I'd reach 300 pounds. I had trouble when I started with only lifting the bar for very many reps. It seems like I'm built to deadlift because my deadlift has always been my strongest by far. But, everyone is different and you will have problems along the way just as I did. But I'm here to help you along the way. I've been there.

    I wish I knew what I do today when I started lifting weights

    I do not like listing these types of numbers so I do hope they mean something to you. I just wanted to show you that I have come a long way, and you should start today to reach your goals. If I knew what I did today and had found a website with the information this one has, I would be much further than I am today. My main goal is to build as much muscle as possible that my frame will naturally hold. I want to reach my natural limits. I want to help you reach your goals no matter what they might be!

    Compete with yourself

    What I'm trying to say to you is that you should not worry about or get caught up in what other people can do and how strong other people are! What matters is you and how strong you get relative to you! Don't compare yourself to others. You are so much different from all the other people throughout the world.

    Many women lift a lot more weight than I do. Many men lift more weight than I do. But many of them do not have the muscle mass that I have. Many of them have more! Everything is relative to you and only you. It doesn't matter what anyone else does! Your whole goal should be to lift weights to look better and feel better. Compare only to yourself.

    You will love weight lifting

    Weight lifting is something I absolutely love! I believe you will too after you try the WLC way of doing it right! You will reach your goals and you will feel great knowing you accomplished what you've always wanted to do. I don't know one person that has never cared about looking better and feeling better.
