Planning your Weight Lifting Program
In the Weight Lifting Schedule section of the website, you'll find information on setting goals, creating daily schedules, planning to meet your long term goals, selecting the correct WLC weight lifting program, selecting your WLC cardio program, and creating a supplements plan. You'll learn how to do a pre and post WLC cycle assessment plan. You'll also learn how to do a weekly assessment to help you adjust your diet each and every week to meet your specific goals.
There is no way you will fail with WLC! You see, there are too mnay people put there that simply go about everything blindly. We track everything here at WLC and that allows us to make the best progress possible. People fail at weight lifting because they don't plan. We plan everything! You will be successful in reaching your goals.

You'll find all the WLC Program components, a WLC program overview, rep ranges, weekly weight lifting schedule, recovery techniques, rep speed, cumulative fatigue, overtraining information, weighted stretching, and more! Weighted Stretching
Weighted Stretching is a part of the weight lifting program and is performed after each exercise. What we do is perform an exercise for a major muscle group, for example barbell squats for your thigh muscles, and then we go straight to a weighted stretch for your quadricep muscles after the last rep of your barbell squats. You'll do this after each and every exercise on the WLC Program. You'll be amazed at what this weighted stretching does for your muscle size and muscle shape. It's the closest thing you'll ever see that's magical!

Diet
The WLC Diet is one that you can easily adjust to meet any of your goals. If you want to build muscle or lose fat, your diet is where it all begins. You'll learn how to count calories, keep a diet log, and adjust your diet. You'll find out how to keep a calorie chart with muscle building levels and fat loss levels. This calorie chart will help you adjust your diet throughout the weight lifting cycle. We use calorie cycling for your diet that keeps your metabolism revved and allows you to build muscle and lose fat!
Many people never realize the importance of a good diet! And many people always believe that their diet is fine when, in reality, it is not very good at all. If you're not eating an increased amount of protein, at least 5 meals per day, eating veggies, and drinking lots of water, you need improvement! Everything you need to know about diets can be found in the Weight Lifting Diets section. A good diet is a part of a complete and detailed exercise program!
Cardio
Cardio is an essential part of any detailed exercise program. Since WLC is a detailed exercise program, we include cardio for cardiovascular health, fat loss, and recovery purposes. Cardio must be done no matter what your goals may be. Included in the Cardio section is low intensity and high intensity cardio options.
High intensity interval training is a form of cardio that I suggest for muscle building cycles. I like more low intensity cardio to be done during fat loss cycles. I also include ways to make your cardio more fun! I used to hate doing cardio, and it's still not one of my favorite things to do but I've made it a lot more tolerable than it used to be. I like to use audio books during cardio so that I look forward to the next cardio session. A good book will keep you interested, and you'll want to do your next session of cardio just to continue listening to the story.
