Diet Problems: Putting a Meal Plan Together

I have alot of problems trying to put together the right kind of foods to make meals, and trying to figure out how much of each kind of food to eat and when to eat it.

It is so hard to figure out how to do it so im not getting too much carbs or protein or anything else for that matter.

Is there any advice that you could give me?

First... How have you been eating? How many meals per day? How often? What foods?

Can you go through a typical day of eating for you?

How many protein, carbs, and fat have you been eating? If you don't know, that's fine too.

Is your goal fat loss or do you want to build muscle?
