Eating Plan on a Budget

hi first of all how can i read your feed back to me i cant seen to find my way around, and 2 what if i cant eat all the meals due to having a family of 5 to feed, could i eat just fish and possible mediteranian salads and italian food cooked from scratch? as living in the uk chicken and red meat has become quite expensive?

Now... to answer your questions.

I would first like to know what your goals are -- do you want to focus on building muscle first or burning fat first?

If you are trying to burn body fat first, I can give you a different meal plan that includes intermittent fasting and it will cost you even less but works very well for fat loss.

If you are trying to build muscle, you just need to go with the cheaper sources of protein. It doesn't matter what it is... as long as it's a healthy source of protein. So anything you can find or like that's healthy for you is just fine.

The protein sources you choose do not have to be lean beef. Fish works great!!!
