Eating Larger Amounts of Food to

Let me be clear here: 'Low calorie diets DO NOT work for fast fat loss.'

Fast weight loss results in muscle loss, and you do not want that. Low calorie diets will result in fast weight loss. And you'll end up looking bad and feeling bad. You'll weigh less, but your body fat percentage will be even higher than before.

Instead of eating a low calorie diet and losing weight fast, you're going to feed your body what it needs and burn body fat while keeping your precious muscle mass.

Muscle is active tissue that works for you. Body fat is dead weight that weighs your body down. You want to keep the muscle and get rid of the fat.

In order to do so, you need to feed your body healthy food packed full of nutrients. This way... your body has the nutrients it needs to support the muscle mass you have. You can then burn the fat with the right type of exercise.

The result? You keep muscle and burn fat fast. The more muscle that you have -- The easier it is to achieve fast fat loss. So, start eating only the healthiest foods each and every meal. That's a HUGE KEY to achieving fast fat loss.

Do Not Create the Calorie Deficit By Decreasing Calories -- Create a Calorie Deficit With Exercise

One of the BIGGEST MISTAKES people make when trying to lose fat fast is... Take a guess -- What do you think it is?

Decreasing the amount of food you eat is one of the biggest dieting mistakes you can possibly make. And it's even worse when you decrease the amount of food AND begin eating processed foods that popular weight loss programs recommend.

For example, food mailed to you in boxes is processed and unhealthy. Frozen 'healthy' dinners are horrible for you. Protein bars, shakes filled with sugar, and other so-called health foods make the environment inside your body even worse for fat loss.

Instead of lowering calories and eating unhealthy foods... Your new diet should not be a decrease in calories and you should eat the healthiest foods possible every single meal.

You should have one balanced meal every 3 hours with a lean protein source, natural carbohydrates, and essential fats.

No other foods are allowed if your goal is fast fat loss.

Now that you know what you should be eating... You should create a calorie deficit with exercise. Your weight lifting workouts should stay constant but you should increase aerobic exercise workouts when you need a larger deficit.

The correct rate of fat loss should be 1 to 2 pounds of pure fat each week. That's the fastest you should attempt to lose fat.

Always Focus on Progression in Your Weight
Lifting Program AND Your Cardio Program

Weight training will help you create a calorie deficit, but that's not the true purpose of weight lifting...

Why should you be lifting weights while trying to burn fat from your body?

Remember earlier when we talked about just how important muscle is to your body? Well, weight training helps you to hold onto all of your muscle mass while burning fat. And sometimes, you'll even be able to build muscle while losing fat.

In order to do that, you must focus your weightlifting efforts around the most important muscle building factor...

Lift progressively heavier weights over time. This ensures you are providing your body with a muscle building stimulus each and every time you workout. You are proving to your body that it needs that muscle mass to survive.

Always strive to get better...

You MUST be doing two different types of workouts:

  1. Weight Lifting Workouts
  2. Aerobic Exercise Workouts

If you want fast fat loss, you MUST focus on making progress with both types of workouts. When you focus on getting better, your body will change. You will build muscle and burn fat even faster.

You MUST Disguise the Calorie Deficit or
Your Body Will Adapt to Your Program

You MUST create a calorie deficit to burn fat, but you don't want to let your body know there's a calorie deficit.

How in the world do you do that? You've got to be tricky!

If your body suspects anything, you could evoke the starvation response or slow your metabolism. Your body is very good at using fewer calories for its normal body functions (slower metabolism).

And you do not want that to happen. So, you've got to disguise the calorie deficit.

You can do this by using calorie cycling or calorie shifting. Calorie cycling is eating a different amount of calories each day.

For example, you might eat 3000 calories on Monday, 2000 calories on Tuesday, 3000 on Wednesday, and so on. If you do this correctly, you'll creat an overall calorie deficit without triggering any survival response from your body!

Calorie shifting might just be the MOST POWERFUL fat loss method in existence. If you want fast fat loss results, you MUST implement calorie cycling.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...


Hi Josh,

Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while exploring the entire package!!!).

I have to admit that over the past years I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as yours!!!

I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers ... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims ... and it's yours.

I especially found the goal setting information to be very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my endeavours in the gym.

Your system will have me going after my dream body with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.

In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3 weeks if I was lucky!

Despite all that, during some years I'd build a little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you recommend.

I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line is I was never consistent with anything!!!!

I have a very strong feeling all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real results at last*.
