Fast Food DANGER: This Is Why You Should Avoid Fast Food

I want you know more about fast food danger... because this is VERY important. Fast food WILL kill you.
If you normally eat fast food several times per week, you REALLY need to read this page. I know some people that
eat at a fast food restaurant almost every meal.
Their health and appearance is declining more and more each day. It's time to put a STOP to this decline in health and appearance.
Fast Food Danger... Here's Why It's Dangerous:
What will you find in almost everything you order at a fast food joint? It's tough to find anything at a fast food
restaurant that doesn't include something that is hurting your health.
Here are 10 characteristics of fast foods:
- Processed ingredients
- Trans fats
- Refined sugars
- Hydrogenated oils
- Highly refined oils
- High fructose corn syrup
- Artificial sweeteners
- Deep fried foods
- Low quality ingredients
- High fat, low quality meats
Do you realize what fast food can do to your health? Did you know that a single gram of trans fats per day can lead to SERIOUS health problems?
Here's just a few of the health problems trans fats WILL cause:
- Clogging of your arteries
- Heart disease
- Decreases immune system effectiveness
- Causes inflammation
- Hardening of the arteries
- Causes different forms of cancer
- Increases body fat
And guess what? All of the above problems are caused with only 1 gram of trans fat per day.
A single fast food meal can have 10 grams of trans fats. Can you imagine what you are doing to your body with
20 to 30 grams of trans fats per day?
If you are eating fast food for lunch every single day and then adding a breakfast meal and a few fast food dinners each week,
you are killing yourself. Seriously. You've got to STOP today.
No One is Looking Out for Your Health Except YOU
Lets' get something straight... NO ONE that's providing you food cares about your health.
Fast food restaurants do not care about you and your health. If they did, they wouldn't be feeding you
sodas, french fries, hamurgers with highly refined white buns, fried chicken tenders, and all the other junk.
YOU have to got to look out for yourself, your friends, and your family.
If you read this article today and you simply ignore what I'm telling you, you are headed for a life full of health problems.
Do not make excuses. Do not ignore what I'm telling you. Make a change right now. You can do this.
Get it in your head right now. You WILL NOT eat fast food junk any more. That's the end of it. Every time you put fast food in your
mouth, you are hurting your body. So don't do it.
Choosing Healthier Fast Food Options...
No matter how hard you try, you are certain to find yourself at a fast food joint. You might be with friends or family who wanted to go there or
you might be on vacation with no other options.
What are you going to do if you find yourself at the counter when a clerk says: "Can I take your order?"
Here's a few simple rules to follow when ordering fast food:
- Never order a soft drink. Not even a diet soft drink. Instead, order unsweetened tea or water. If you are lucky enough to find REAL hand squeezed lemonade with no
additives, that's a great choice too.
- Never order anything fried. French fries are not an option. Never. Avoid anything fried. Go with grilled food instead.
- Avoid croutons, chips, crackers, taco shells, cakes, cookies, frostings or anything that might contain trans fats.
- Look at nutrition facts if available before ordering. Many restaurants are NOW including nutrition facts... use them.
- If you're lucky enough to have the option of fresh fruits, veggies, and nuts, take them instead of other sides.
Follow those simple rules, and you will do just fine when you find yourself forced to eat fast food. You can only do your best.
Always avoid fast food if at all possible.
Remember the words: "Fast Food Danger" when you actually have a choice between fast food and something else. Avoid fast food and you'll
be happy you did.

If A Cancer Survivor Can Do It... What's Holding You Back?
Hello Josh,
Just wanted to let you know that I continue to greatly improve with
the wlc program.
I am doing this program with my doctors permission.You see
Josh,am a 59 year old man with a very sick body.
Since 2006 i have gone thru
cancer surgery,36 rounds of radiation which left me very
weak,diabetes,neurophaty,high blood pressure and a few other things and about
50 lbs.of excess weight.
But I believe that I can heal my body, and I will do it
with the wlc program. Thanks to you and your program am on my way to full
recovery.
I realize that it all start in your mind. New way of thinking, good nutrision and a great exercise program are my tools.
Sucsess is my only option.
Failure in my case means early death.
