- Never order anything fried. French fries are not an option. Never. Avoid anything fried. Go with grilled food instead.
- Avoid croutons, chips, crackers, taco shells, cakes, cookies, frostings or anything that might contain trans fats.
- Look at nutrition facts if available before ordering. Many restaurants are NOW including nutrition facts… use them.
- If you're lucky enough to have the option of fresh fruits, veggies, and nuts, take them instead of other sides.
