Fat Burners - Will any supplement really burn fat from your body? Here's what my experience tells me...

Fat Burners are not what you think they are! Please don't believe all the hype on those TV commericals. Those have got to be the fakest commercials I have ever seen. Nothing in weight lifting, fitness, or bodybuilding happens like they portray on those commercials unless you are using illegal supplements.

Most fat loss products are useless in my opinion. A good diet, weight lifting program, and cardio will do more than any fat loss product could ever do. Fat burners can be compared to you drinking a drop of water compared to drinking 2 gallons of water per day. The drop of water really doesn't do much for your water intake, does it? If you drink the drop of water on it's own, it might even make you thirstier!

Give fat burners a try if you don't believe me. Maybe they'll work for you, but I'm not wasting my money on them any more. You better listen to the labels and follow directions if you try these. Seriously, they might help you burn fat at an increased rate for a short period of time during the day, but then fat burning is most likely slowed down to compensate for the rest of the day. So you end up getting no where. And that's exactly what my results have shown.

What these companies do is tell you to have a good diet and exercise program and then they take credit for the fat loss that they didn't help with. It's amazing.
