Fat burners are not what you think they are…
Please don’t believe all the hype on those TV commercials.
Those have got to be the worst commercials I have ever seen.
Nothing in weight lifting, fitness, or bodybuilding happens like they portray in those commercials unless you are using illegal supplements.
The before and after pictures are a scam. Most fat loss products are totally worthless. Think about this: do you realize that hundreds of thousands of people have been scammed into buying fat burners of some type?
Look Around — What Do You See?
Take a look around you next time you go out somewhere.
Is everyone lean, fit, and healthy?
Let me go ahead and answer that for you. Nope. They sure aren’t. You’ll be surprised at how many out of shape and unhealthy people you see around.
Most of the people you see who are over weight and unhealthy have tried some diet pills, some fat burner pills, and other scams because scams are everywhere.
Did those pills help them? Nope.
If the fat burners actually worked, don’t you think everyone would be using them? Don’t you think you would see more people around that have a lot less body fat?
The truth is: fat burning supplements do not work. Period. No but’s, no if’s, no and’s about it. The fact is fat burners do not work. Save your money.
So, What Does Work for Fat Loss Then?
A good diet, weight lifting program, and cardio will do more than any fat loss product could ever do.
Fat burners do so little you can compare a tiny drop of body fat to a few cups of body fat. The tiny drop of body fat doesn’t do much for you, does it?
Give fat burners a try if you don’t believe me (they aren’t going to do much compared to a good program such as the WLC System):
Maybe they’ll magically work for you, but I’m not wasting my money on them any more. I highly recommend you don’t waste yours either.
If you go against the recommendation here and decide to use a fat burning supplement, be careful.
You better listen to the labels and follow directions if you try these. Seriously. People have died from using these supplements.
They might help you burn fat at an increased rate for a short period of time during the day, but then fat burning is slowed down to compensate for the rest of the day.
So you end up getting nothing. And that’s exactly what my results have shown.
People usually change their habits once they start taking a fat burner.
What these companies do is tell you to have a good diet and exercise program and then they take credit for the fat loss that they didn’t even help with.
It was actually the good diet and exercise that gave the results.
It’s amazing that these supplement companies get away with stuff like that. Absolutely amazing. And they know that too. But they are okay with it because they are making money.
Again, a good program such as the WLC System will give you far greater and far faster results than any supplement. Remember, supplements are exactly that. They are a supplement to a good exercise program and good diet plan. That’s it.
