Fatty Acid Oils - Some of the best ways to add good calories to your diet...

Fatty acid oils are going to be one of the better supplements you can spend money on. These oils will be some of the best calories you can take in on your WLC diet. I've been using oils for a long time now, and you'll really be able to tell a difference in your pysique when you start taking them. Nothing spectacular, but they will help you develop a spectacular physique in the long run.

The type of oils that I like best are fish oil, olive oil, and a special blend of oils made by Udo's Choice. The special blend is a perfect balance between fats and it comes in liquid form. I like to make my protein shakes up in the morning and add olive oil or Udo's choice oil to them for later in the day. I usually use Olive Oil when if I run out of Udo's Choice oil.

I also like to take fish oil throughout the day. I get those in capsule form and usually take them in the morning and at night. I don't feel like taking the extra time to get them out and put them in a baggy for my meals throughout the day. I'd rather just have them in the morning before I go to work and late at night before I go to bed.

If you are trying to build muscle, these oils can be especially helpful to you. Easy calories are obtained by drinking a protein shake and fatty acid oils combined. This is a very easy way to add calories to your WLC diet throughout the weeks.
