Pre and Post Workout Drink

It's pretty tough to say from just the body weight and waist measurement. Pictures would really help for figuring out body type. And then, it's probably a mix of body types. Most people are a mixture.

For directly pre workout...

I always recommend BCAA's and Waxy Maize with some green tea and a little sweetener mixed in because the above mixture doesn't taste too good. I like to drink about half right before the workout and then sip on the rest during the workout. Whey protein mixed with dextrose works fine too. Or, whey protein and some sugary drink like grape juice. But waxy maize corn starch and BCAA's are my favorite and my top recommendation for pre workout.

For directly post workout...

Same thing directly after your workout. Just mimic your pre workout drink. Then have a whole food meal like chicken breast and white potato 30 minutes after you finish off your post workout drink.
