FIRST DAY ON WLC PROGRAM

Hi Josh,

I did look over your new site, you must be very excited and for good reason. Yes if you could give me some ideas for pre/post workout.

Also as we mentioned earlier only free weight means for squats Smith machine, DB, leg press at least for the first 4 weeks.

I will try to get some pictures to you because I am having a hard time deciding on body type. Does this help 5ft 5, 156lbs, waist 33ins.
