Takes Time but It's Easy to Fix a Size Difference
by: Josh -- Author WLC Program

I am assuming you workout with weights regularly.

In order to fix the size difference in your chest and arms and even them out, you should change all the exercises you do for chest, back, triceps, shoulders, and biceps to dumbbell versions or 1 arm versions of the exercises.

For example, instead of barbell bench press... switch to dumbbell bench press. Instead of barbell overhead press, do 1 arm overhead press. Instead of barbell curls, choose alternate dumbbell curls.

Doing so will slowly even out the size of the muscles and you'll eventually have balanced sizes for both your chest and arms.

Things like this take time to fix but concentrating on dumbbell exercises and 1 arm versions of exercises will do the trick. Stay consistent with your workouts, eat healthy, and they'll even out before you know it.

1 arm dumbbell rows are a back exercise you could choose. A great one too.

Any compound upper body exercise works the chest and arms even if it's called a back exercise. That's why insist on using all dumbbell exercises and 1-arm versions for all upper body exercises... in case you wondering.
