Your weight lifting focus when using the WLC System MUST be different.

Most every muscle building and/or fat burning program in existence attempts to use weight lifting to burn body fat.
So you get these programs designed to do very high volume and fatigue you as much as possible.

And YES, a very small percentage of people get good results with those programs because they are genetically blessed and their bodies are able to handle the pounding on their bodies from those programs.

DON'T Focus On Burning Fat With Your Weight Lifting Workouts
The focus of weight lifting is to build muscle and strength.
DO NOT attempt to use ANY program that just gives you tons of exercises and tons of work to do in an attempt to burn more calories and more body fat.
That program will BACK-FIRE on you and you'll lose any results you achieved.
And you might even be in worse shape than before you started the program depending on how much effort you put forth and how much you weren't willing to give up.
The more you fought and didn't give up… the more you dug yourself into a deeper hole.
It's not fair.
You fight and fight and fight. The other programs make you think you just aren't working hard enough. So you continue to fight and you get ZERO results. Just a little glimpse of results get you fired up so you work even harder.
But you continue to dig a bigger hole.

I'm talking about starting with light weights and increasing to very heavy weights over the course of 3 months.
As you increase the weight, your body really changes.
