The human body is an absolutely amazing creation.
In order to understand the muscle building process, you need to know a few things about the human body.
The human body is made for survival.
Your body will do everything in its power to keep you alive. The human body will do its best to adapt to any situation you throw its way.
Let’s look at a few examples of how your body is amazing…
Feats of Strength… Have You Ever Witnessed One?
I’m sure you’ve probably heard some stories of amazing feats of strength by people who have been in life or death situations.
I personally have never been in a life or death situation, but my father once told me a great story about a life and death situation he witnessed.
My grandfather was working under a car trying to repair the car.
He was lying on his back and staring up towards the car. Well, he had the car jacked up but either the jack failed or the jack slipped out of place somehow.
The car fell towards my grandfather.
No one was around for what felt like several minutes to my grandfather…
My father found my grandfather trapped under the vehicle. My grandfather was able to hold the car off of his chest and lift the entire car just enough for my father to slide the jack underneath the vehicle.
A typical vehicle weighs at least a few thousand pounds.
My grandfather was big and strong at the time (about 270 solid pounds), but many of you could do the same thing with your life on the line.
That’s how amazing our bodies can be. I’m sure you’ve heard other stories of amazing feats of strength.
We all have strength inside of us that we just can’t imagine.
I’ve already provided you with some tips and tricks within the WLC System to help you tap into some of this strength! You’re going to need some of that strength to force your body to change…
The Body Doesn’t Want to Change!
The body does not want to change. It would much rather stay the same simply because it’s much easier to stay the same. Your body will fight back during your muscle building efforts, so you need to have a plan of attack.
The WLC System gives you that plan of attack.
The workouts, diet, cardio, rest and recovery, goal setting, and every other aspect of this amazing system gives you the plan you need to be successful. You don’t get this with any other system or program out there.
You see, your body will do everything in its power to survive.
When you apply the proper muscle building stimulus to the muscles, your body will see that it’s under attack. It will see that it needs to grow larger muscles to counter the attack.

Just remember… Your body does not want to change. You must force it to change by constantly increasing the weight each workout.
By increasing the weight each workout, you are constantly applying a NEW muscle building stimulus to your body.
Feed your body properly, don’t do too much in the gym, rest and recover properly, and you’ll build muscle. You will come back even stronger than the previous workout, and you’ll gain strength faster than you can imagine.

Let’s say you’ve been bench pressing 225 pounds now for the last 5 years, and you just can’t seem to get any stronger.
