A complete exercise program should consist of at least 3 components:
- Weight Lifting
- Cardiovascular Exercise
- Diet
Supplementation, stretching, and other recovery techniques should be
added to your program. You can fix many problems that you may have with
your body through proper exercise, stretching techniques, and different
massage techniques.
For example, I fixed many of the knee problems I've had through Squats,
Deadlifts, and the use of a foam
roller for deep tissue massage. Scar tissue can really cause
you joint problems, and the foam roller is one of the best investments
I've ever made. Enjoy deep tissue massage for less than $20 total, and
one-time only!
I use a foam roller now each and every weight lifting workout, and my
body has never felt better! Seriously, you really need to try a foam
roller today. My knees feel great now. That's worth a whole lot more to
me than $20!
