If you want to know the truth about free weightlifting programs, you've found the place. If you just want me to tell you that [insert program here] works so well or [insert another program here] works even better, this isn't the right place.

I will get straight to the truth and tell you what's going to work and why it's going to work. If something doesn't work and it's going to waste your time, I'll tell you that too. I'm here to help you, and that's what I'll do.

Now ... I've been lifting weights for more than 10 years now. I've built 80 pounds of lean muscle mass in that time period and I've gained tons of strength while doing so.

I've made so many mistakes it's ridiculous -- those mistakes were made because I didn't have anyone I could trust. You don't have to make those same mistakes, and you can get right to the results.

First thing first ... nothing is free. You might think it's free BUT you'll end up buying something else that isn't free.

I'm not going to call out names of certain programs or websites BUT here's what happens. You go to their website and you get access to a weightlifting program for free. You're happy because you get it all for free.

While you're using their program and visiting their website, you are quietly sold to: supplements, t-shirts, weight lifting equipment, training services, etc. Every website out there is built to make money ... including this one.

Websites are businesses. If I had plenty of money and could support my family without this website, I'd give it all to you for free. But I have to support my family, and that's why I sell some of the stuff I've produced for you.

The difference in this website and all the others, though, is the stuff you find here REALLY WORKS. I really care about you and your results. I really want you to live a better life -- for you and your family.

Most websites don't care a bit about you. Try emailing them and see the type of response you get -- you probably won't even get a response. If you do, it will come 6 weeks later and will be utterly worthless to you. I've been there. I've done that.
