Most of the people that I've seen say this are simply too lazy to put an effort forth. If you put forth your best effort, I will guarantee that eating right and exercising will get you a much healthier, a better looking body, and a better feeling body. GUARANTEED.

When I say YOUR best effort, I am talking about what you are really capable of doing.

Unless you truly are morbidly orverweight and can't move around and start exercising, you most likely do not NEED gastric bypass surgery. If nothing has worked for you in the past, I want you to give my methods one more shot.

I'm not a doctor. I'm not your doctor. But I do know how to help you start exercising and eating right so that you totally transform your body in the shortest time possible.

If you would rather be lazy, have health problems from gastric bypass surgery, and have a 1 in 50 chance of dying from the surgery, then by all means... Get the surgery done.

But really, why take the chance when you can be healthier, look better, and feel better without it? Why?

Here's Why You're In Trouble Right Now...

Take a good look at the foods you've been eating and the frequency with which you eat your meals. Do you eat fast food? Do you eat foods high in sugars and high in saturated fats?

Follow this simple and easy rule to correct your eating habits...

Eat natural foods. That's it. Simple, huh? Maybe simple but maybe not too easy for you to do, right?

  1. You should be eating plenty of lean meats -- lean red meat, chicken, turkey, lots of fish, etc.

  2. Only carbohydrates from natural sources -- fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc.

  3. And ONLY good sources of fats -- nuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds, fish oil, flax oil, etc.

And make sure you do not overeat at all. Overeating and eating too much of the wrong foods is most likely why you're in the position you're in today. How do I know?

Because I've been there myself. And I know how to get you out of the bad position you're in today.

Start eating only good sources of food each and every meal. Eat more frequently -- every 3 hours will work, but make sure you eat SMALLER meals. And you must start an exercise program!

Ease Yourself Into An Exercise Program

Exercise is a MUST. If you want to fix yourself and your body, you MUST exercise. You can't be lazy any more. Get your butt up off the couch, stop watching TV, and get your butt in that gym.

If you're scared to go to the gym, I recommend a home gym anyway. I myself use a home gym and highly prefer that over any commercial gym.

You really have no excuse. You can workout in the privacy of your home. You can go outside and walk. You can do this. It's not difficult. It's rewarding and very fun. You have goals to set and goals to meet. You feel great when you meet those goals.

Don't be intimidated by exercise, weight lifting, nor aerobic exercise. At first, it will be tough.

It will get easier for you, but you WILL always have to work hard to get better. I still fight to get better every workout, and I've been doing this for 10 years now.

Start out slow and easy. Lift weights, eat better, and do aerobic exercise such as walking. Each day, try to correct anything you may have screwed up on the previous day. It's okay if you mess up. Just correct it the next day.

Before Long, You'll Look Fantastic...

Do this not only for yourself... Think about the people that love you the most. Your family, your friends. They all need you.

They do not want you to leave this world because you were too lazy to do something about being overweight. That's selfish. Fix you for them.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...


Hi Josh,

Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while exploring the entire package!!!).

I have to admit that over the past years I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as yours!!!

I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers ... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims ... and it's yours.

I especially found the goal setting information to be very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my endeavours in the gym.

Your system will have me going after my dream body with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.

In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3 weeks if I was lucky!

Despite all that, during some years I'd build a little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you recommend.

I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line is I was never consistent with anything!!!!

I have a very strong feeling all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real results at last*.
