If you’re at home, take a few minutes to look in your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer.
Notice the foods you have around your home.
What do you see?
The trained eye will most likely see lots of junky foods. I don’t make it a habit to sneak into homes and look at pantries and refrigerators BUT I’ve never seen one that hasn’t been loaded with unhealthy food.

Why You MUST Clean Out Your Pantry and Fridge TODAY
Let’s say you’ve decided to change your body once and for all.

You’re accustomed to eating bad foods most of the time. The first couple of days eating right are going to be tough. I’m not going to lie to you… it’s difficult at first.
Why is it difficult at first?
You’ll probably get some cravings the first few days for bad foods.
For example, it’s late at night on your second day of the WLC System. You usually have a bowl of ice cream or some chips while you’re watching TV at night.

Instead of having all that bad food to choose from for your late night snack, you should choose from your list of healthy foods that you receive with the WLC System.
If you don’t have ANY junk food to eat for that late night snack, you won’t make that mistake and you will stick to your muscle building and fat burning plan.

One of the first steps you MUST take is to clean your home of all the junk foods that are adding deadly body fat and degrading your health. If you do not decide to do this, your health and anyone’s health within the home will degrade over time.
