school or at work, but I can almost guarantee that you've
never created goals and used a sheet like you're going
to learn about today.
A sheet with goals is very powerful and only takes a few hours
at most to complete. The few hours it takes you to complete
yours will be the most productive 2 hours you have spent in
a long time.

A goal sheet is a POWERFUL muscle building and fat
burning tool that you NEED.
And the good thing about it? You can create any type of
goal sheet that you want that ensures you meet ANY goals in
your life... not just the one about getting a spectacular
body.
10 Guidelines for Writing Your Goals
Below, you will find 10 guidelines you MUST follow to
ensure you've written powerul and inspiring goals:
- Ensure you have a very good reason for each goal
that you write.
The goal that you write needs to be VERY important to
you for a specific reason. You must be emotionally attached
to each goal and be willing to work hard to reach that
goal.
- Know the outcome of your goal.
This step is VERY important. You must be able to know
what it's going to feel like when you reach your goal.
Close your eyes and visualize what it's like to reach your
goal. Do this throughout the day... several times if
possible.
- Attach a mental image or actual image to each
goal.
With each goal that you set, you should have some image
that comes to mind whenever you read that goal.
Visualization is powerful and you must take advantage of
this powerful tool.
- Set a reward for meeting each of your larger
goals.
Set a reward that fits each of your goals. For example,
don't reward yourself with some HUGE gift for drinking more
water each day.
A good example is giving yourself a beach vacation after
working hard for 6 months and getting the body you've
always wanted.
- Write each goal in the positive and present
tense.
You MUST be positive with every goal that you write. You
can't have any doubts about meeting your goals. If you do,
those doubts will show up when you write your goals.
Each goal must also be written in the present tense. You
want your mind to believe that the goal has already been
met.
It might feel weird at first when you write them in the
present tense, but you will get accustomed to reading the
goal in the present tense and it won't be long before it's
reality.
- Set every goal as high as possible.
Shoot for the stars here. Set your goals high. You MUST believe that you will meet them. Set your mind to get it done, and don't stop until you do. Be realistic but still set your goals high.
- Use powerful words and descriptions.
You need to use words that are powerful and mean something to you. When you read your goal, you want to get an emotional response every time. You want the goal to bring images to your mind.
- Set short term goals to ensure you meet long term
goals.
You must set several short term goals that will help you to reach your long term goals. For example, you want to make sure you are making progress each week and getting better ewach week. So set a weekly goal and do everything in your power to meet your weekly goals.
After you string together a bunch of successful weeks, you'll realize how far you've come towards meeting your long term goal.
- Go over your goals several times each
day.
Repetition is very powerful and engrains your goals into your mind. Go over them morning, afternoon, and night if possible EACH day.
For example, spend 5 minutes reading them and visualizing them as soon as you wake each morning. Keep a goal sheet in your lunch bag and read over them while you have your lunch. And then, before you go to sleep, read them over again and visualize them.
Doing so before you go to sleep is an absolute MUST... this is VERY, VERY powerful and will certainly convince your mind that you have met your goals. Your mind then works with you to give you what you want.
- Always set new goals and reward yourself when
meeting any goal.
Strive for constant improvement. Setting new goals really gives your life meaning and makes you happy. You need a purpose in life and goal setting gives you that purpose.
Nothing is more fun than claiming your reward once you meet your goal. Life really is an open book. You can make your life great or you can make it dull, boring, and difficult. The choice is yours.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...
Hi Josh,
Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and
have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while
exploring the entire package!!!).
I have to admit that over the past years
I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete
honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as
yours!!!
I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the
big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It
comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all
those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers
... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims
... and it's yours.
I especially found the goal setting information to be
very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting
books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my
endeavours in the gym.
Your system will have me going after my dream body
with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.
In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet
another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3
weeks if I was lucky!
Despite all that, during some years I'd build a
little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack
off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you
recommend.
I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line
is I was never consistent with anything!!!!
I have a very strong feeling
all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting
the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real
results at last*.
Oh, by the way I am 56 years old and my long-term goal is
to have an awesome physique at 60 in comparison to the average one I had at
30.
