josh my problem is monday thru friday i workout but, i feel and i know i'm not doing my routines right i need a good workout program to work my body and muscles on the right day can you help me?

Can you tell me more about yourself and your goals? Are you looking to build muscle and burn body fat?

What have you been doing with reagrds to working out and eating right? Can you tell me what you typically eat and what a typical workout consists of for you?

Also, what weight lifting equipment do you have available?
