Green Tea
Tea extract in powder form!



Green tea is a great supplement to add to your weight lifting cycles. I now use this supplement each and every cycle. The benefits far outweigh the costs! You'll benefit in many different ways by adding this supplement to your list.


I use tea extract in powder form before each weight lifting workout and cardiovascular workout to provide me with several different advantages:


  1. Provide an energy boost

    I take this before my workouts to give me that extra boost in energy. Caffeine is the culprit here and tea really can give you the boost you need if you don't already drink caffeine all the time.


    If you drink diet drinks loaded with caffeine and coffee every morning, you should switch those out for a glass of tea extract. Tea will give you that energy boost you need and will provide you with many other health benefits!

  2. Provide antioxidants

    Antioxidants are very powerful in preventing illness. I can personally vouch for the power of tea when it comes to preventing sickness. I have stopped drinking green tea several times during different weight lifting cycles either because I had ran out and didn't plan properly or I just became lazy and didn't drink it.

    When not drinking tea during my weight lifting cycles, I became sick. I have never had any illness at all when drinking tea regularly! I became sick several times when not drinking tea regularly. This fact alone has made me trust in tea for its sickness fighting properties!

  3. Increased Fat Loss

    I personally have not noticed much in terms of increased fat loss from drinking tea powder. The fat loss effects of tea may show up better for others. I mainly use tea for its sickness fighting properties, but I'll take any increased fat burning that I can get.


Any time you find a weightlifting supplement that is proven to increase fat loss and provide all these other benefits, you should jump on the bandwagon. Get you some green tea today and increase your energy, prevent illness, and increase fat loss.


Any supplement that helps prevent illness is worth its weight in gold! Preventing illness should be one of your main goals as a weight lifter. Sickness really hurts your progress and forces you to take time off from lifting weights. Your strength gains are severely diminished because of the time off. You'll lose several weeks of progress from a simple cold.
