Easing the work on the lower back is one of the most important things you can do for any weight lifting program. Less lower back work on other exercises means you can use your lower back more on the big compound exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, and Rows. You can actually add a HUGE number of weight training exercises with this belt. You can do different types of squats, several calf exercises, and you can even use it to add weight to upper body exercises.
