How Much Should I Eat

I might have posted this in the wrong place last week so here it goes again.

I eat 6 healthy meals a day, what I'm hearing is that I should eat a lot of food each time in order for my muscles to grow.

My question is if I eat a lot won't my belly get bigger?

I want my belly to get smaller not bigger. What shall I do?

This is my workout routine 3 days a week full body workout 1 set for each muscle group 8-10 reps
