For the first few weeks of this program, I want you to practice taking measurements each morning as soon as you wake up and right after you use the bathroom. Be sure to spend these first few weeks practicing first thing in the morning.
The measurements should only take you about 5 minutes to take. Once you get the hang of it, it will be much faster than that.
After the first 2 weeks of this program, you will only be taking measurements once per week.
And you will only take 1 measurement at each location too. For the first 2 weeks, you will take 3 measurements at each location and average them.
Once you are able to repeat the measurements at each location, you’ll know that you are doing a great job. At the end of the 2-week period, you should be able to repeat the measurements at each location. If you cannot, continue practicing — really, though, you shouldn’t have any trouble if you practice every morning for 2 weeks.
Not many people have taken these measurements before. If you have taken them before and you are good at taking them, you don’t have to take measurements each day for 2 weeks. The requirement is 1 set of measurements on a weekly basis for the weekly assessment.
