Here's How To Get 6 Pack Abs... Use This Powerful Fat Burning Strategy

6 Pack Abs can be achieved quickly by burning body fat. Burning body fat should be your focus if you're trying to get 6 pack abs. Notice I said 'burning' body fat.
I did not say weight loss.
If you really want to get six pack abs and look great, never focus on weight loss. Let me explain.
Don't get me wrong here...
You want to lose weight, but all of that weight needs to come in the form of body fat.
You want to hold onto all of your muscle mass and maybe even build more muscle while you're burning body fat from your body.
So the question is...
How do you burn body fat and get 6 pack abs? I'm going to give you the absolute best strategy for burning body fat.
This is the secret strategy I use in the WLC Program for getting six pack abs as fast as possible.
You've Got to EAT MORE of the Right Foods
Never decrease the amount of food you are eating by large amounts in order to burn body fat and get 6 pack abs.
If you do decrease your calories below a certain level, you can evoke the starvation response within your body.
When you evoke the starvation response, your body will go into survival mode.
When you're body is trying to survive, it will hold onto all of your body fat stores and start burning fewer calories
overall due to a decrease in your metabolism.
Since your body needs energy to survive each day, what's it going to use for energy?
You're not feeding your body very much food, and burning body fat for energy is out of the question because your body needs it to survive.
The only thing left for energy is your precious muscle mass.
When you eat fewer calories and starve yourself, you are telling your body it's okay to burn muscle for energy.
Do you know what happens? You lose weight fast, but you lose muscle mass and keep all your body fat.
That's not what you want. You get fatter, look worse, and feel worse.

Now onto cardiovascular exercise...
Cardiovascular exercise is the only exercise on the planet that will burn fat from your body while you are doing it.
If you want a six pack, you must use cardio to burn body fat.
Enough of the correct type of cardio, and you'll have that
six pack before you know it.
Use cardio to burn fat from your body while you're eating more of the right foods and lifting weights to maintain and
even build muscle mass. This is the most powerful fat burning strategy on the planet. Really. Try it. You will be amazed.
Enough of all the nonsense out there. Enough of all the quick fixes and gimmicks. Enough of all the useless ab machines
with fake testimonials on TV. I'm sick of it, and you should be too.
None of that works. None of that gives you fast and
permanent results.
Never Attempt to Lose Weight Fast
I see and hear ads on the Internet and all over the radio telling people that this product can help you lose weight faster
than any other product out there. Actually, a radio commercial I heard today on my way to work is the reason I'm writing on this topic today.
What those ads are really saying is that this product can help you lose your precious muscle mass faster than any other product
and help you look worse and help you get even fatter.
If you want 6 pack abs, losing weight fast should never be your goal. Focus on fast weight loss, and I guarantee you'll look worse, feel worse, and get
even fatter. You might weigh less, but you'll look and feel worse.
The number on the scale is NOT important.
You may have even heard me say this before if you've read anything on the Weight-Lifting-Complete.com website. Weight loss
comes in the form of body fat and muscle mass. Many people are happy that they are losing weight when they're actually losing muscle mass.
If you're losing weight, not eating very much, not lifting weights, and not doing cardiovascular exercise, I can guarantee
that you're losing a huge amount of muscle mass. And that, my friend, is very, very bad.
You do not want to lose active tissue that
helps you live an easier and healthier life.
It's Never About Useless Abdominal Exercises
Ab exercises do not give you 6 pack abs. Burning body fat gives you six pack abs. Very few people will need to do extra ab
exercises to get a six pack.
Lift weights with the big compound exercises, and you're abs get worked plenty. The abs are used in
every compound exercise that I can think of.
Don't believe me?
Try doing pull ups if you've never done them, and see if your abs aren't sore the next day.
There is no ab exercise in existence that burns body fat from your abdominal area.
The human body just doesn't work that way.
Eat more of the right foods at the right times, do your cardiovascular exercise at the correct intensity for the correct duration,
lift weights to build muscle, and watch your six pack abs appear from under those layers of body fat.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...
Hi Josh,
Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and
have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while
exploring the entire package!!!).
I have to admit that over the past years
I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete
honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as
yours!!!
I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the
big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It
comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all
those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers
... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims
... and it's yours.
I especially found the goal setting information to be
very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting
books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my
endeavours in the gym.
Your system will have me going after my dream body
with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.
In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet
another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3
weeks if I was lucky!
Despite all that, during some years I'd build a
little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack
off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you

I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line
