Hi, I have a question, I am skinny already (110/5’7). I dont really need to lose fat, however I do have some fat in my belly and I would like to get rid of it and tone up ( I know you dont like that word but… lol). I am confuse, I dont know what my goal should be, I want to “tone up’ my body but I dont wanna gain weight? in fact, I would like to get a smaller waist. So, I was thinking about doing the curvaceous but you say that to build muscle you have to gain weight?So I dont even know whats my goal… I dont wanna get super ripped either. I just want a flat stomach with a little six pack.. nothing crazy. lol which program should I choose? Thank you!
So this young lady is not far away from her goals. She is actually very close to her goals.
In order for her to get what she wants, she simply needs to build a few pounds of lean muscle and lose a few pounds of body fat. Once she does that, she can re-evaluate her goals and maintain her figure from there or continue to build a few more pounds of muscle and lose a few more pounds of body fat.
There are people everywhere in this same situation: skinny but has the need to lose some flab around their waist or belly area.
Here’s What You Need to Do…
