In response to your questions for me...

Hi Josh,

Regarding the questions you asked me to help me get smaller/leaner tighter calves:

1. I would guess my body fat right now is about 22-25% (& I feel I could stand to lose about 10-20lbs)

2. I think if I could get some good definition/tone in the Gastrocnemius muscle, that would give me the shape I want.

3. As far as workouts, I do a variety of things to try to target/build calf muscle (standing calf raise, leg press calf raise - usually do high reps {about 60 per machine} & low weight {75-100lbs})....
I also do various aerobic workouts (spinning, treadmill @ incline, jogging, walking the stairclimber on my tiptoes)

4. Truthfully my diet could be better (I'm currently on 'The 4 Day Diet' by Ian Smith - but I'm not as consistent as I would like to be). Sometimes I eat sporadically, and make bad food choices (fast food, fried food, etc.)

5. Is it ok to incorporate some of the muscle building exercises that you recommended in 'The Best Exercises for Your Calves' but rather a low weight/high rep consistency??

6. My calves are about 15 1/2 inches around the biggest & I'd like to reduce them to about 14 inches....
