Today, I'm going to tell you how to increase testosterone naturally with the WLC System.

I'm going to tell you about the strategy employed within the WLC System that increases your testosterone levels and makes it VERY easy for you to gain muscle.

It's going to take some major changes in your lifestyle to really boost your testosterone levels BUT don't worry... I will guide you step-by-step through the changes you need to make. It's not hard at all and it's something you NEED to do anyway to live a long, healthy, and prosperous life.

There isn't just one simple answer to increasing your testosterone naturally. It takes a well thought out plan to do the trick. Luckily, I've already researched and written the step-by-step plan for you: The WLC System.

  2. If you have too much body fat at this time, you will be advised within the WLC System to focus on getting rid of the fat first.

    Science has proven that excess body fat elevates estrogen levels. Whenever estrogen is elevated, there is a good chance your testosterone levels are going down.

    So spend a few months on a fat burning cycle of the WLC System, get that body fat down, and your testosterone levels will elevate. You'll then be ready to build serious muscle mass.

  5. A Perfect Balance of Protein, Carbs, and Fat
  6. Your body needs a good balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. You should NEVER stay on a low carb OR low fat diet for more than a few days unless you want to wreck your chances of building muscle and burning fat.

    A low fat diet is a sure-fire method for decreasing your testosterone levels. So don't do it. The right fats are very healthy for you and will never make you fat. They will only help you to reach your goals.

    You will start out with a certain calorie level on the WLC System based on your lifestyle and muscle mass levels. You will then start with a basic macronutrient ratio of 30% Protein, 50% Carbohydrates, and 20% Fat.

    From there, you learn how to adjust your diet to find YOUR optimal intake. The basic ratios WILL work for everyone BUT sometimes small adjustments depending on your body can make a big difference.

    Food sources are VERY important. Only the healthiest foods (think natural) are allowed on the WLC System. You MUST do this if you want to increase testosterone naturally.

  7. BIG, Compound Exercises
  8. The big compound exercises will increase testosterone naturally -- guaranteed. You can't do isolation exercises with light weights and expect to build large amounts of muscle mass.

    I've learned over the past 10 years of extensive weight lifting that HEAVY WEIGHTS do something special to your body.

    It's simple... a compound exercise uses a large amount of muscle mass which means you WILL lift heavier weights than an isolation exercise that uses a small amount of muscle mass. Stick to compound exercises that use heavy weights to increase testosterone.

    Within the WLC System, you'll find that's exactly what we do. The vast majority of exercises are BIG compound exercises.

  9. An Abundance of Good Fats
  10. Good fats WILL increase testosterone naturally. There's no doubt about that... science has proven this fact again and again. Yet, people with muscle building goals continue to ignore this.

    You don't have to cut it out completely but definitely don't get fall-down drunk and do stupid stuff every weekend. You would do better without it, though. It's your choice.

  16. Cruciferous vegetables are the ones you want to have to increase testosterone levels: broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, cabbage, collard greens, and bok choy are some of the more popular.

    In terms of decreasing testosterone levels, caffeine may interfere because it increases the liver's synthesis of a blood protein that decreases testosterone.

    Did you know that caffeine is a natural pesticide? Really. I don't think a presticide would be very good for you... what do you think? Caffeine has it's uses but there's absolutely no reason to have it all day long... every single day.

    Decreasing or cutting out caffeine completely will increase testosterone naturally.

  21. Foods High in Zinc and Vitamin A
  22. Recommended in the WLC System are a variety of lean meats and a variety of fruits that are high in Zinc and Vitamin A.

    Your body needs plenty of Zinc and Vitamin A to increase testosterone naturally. Give your body what it needs by following the meal plan layouts given to you in the WLC System.

  23. No Bad Foods

Fried foods, fatty foods loaded with harmful fats, bad sugars, artificial sweeteners, processed foods, and most of the typical foods people eat everyday are not allowed on the WLC System because these foods will decrease testosterone and more importantly, lead to a HUGE decline in health and fast.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...


Hi Josh,

Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while exploring the entire package!!!).

I have to admit that over the past years I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as yours!!!

I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers ... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims ... and it's yours.

I especially found the goal setting information to be very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my endeavours in the gym.

Your system will have me going after my dream body with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.

In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3 weeks if I was lucky!

Despite all that, during some years I'd build a little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you recommend.

I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line is I was never consistent with anything!!!!

I have a very strong feeling all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real results at last*.
