The sets and reps for the Intermediate WLC Program are going to get complicated. So, please pay attention here. If you want to ensure you get everything right, please purchase the Basic WLC Program Package. You get workout logs and information telling you exactly what to do...

The first lower and upper body workout of each week will consist of higher reps while the second lower and upper body workouts of each week will consist of lower reps.

The number of sets will vary in 3 week phases. The first week in each 3 week phase will be 1 set only. The second week will be 2 sets of each exercise. The third week is 3 sets of each exercise. Then, the cycle repeats.

The rep ranges also decrease in 3 week phases, but the first workouts of each week are always higher reps than the second workouts of each week.

The rest between sets should increase for lower rep workouts and decrease for higher rep workouts.
