Is it bad to lift weights every day twice a day but different muscles every time?

Let's talk about...

Volume = How many sets you are doing for each muscle group

Intensity = How far you push yourself during each set

Frequency = How often you work each muscle group

The 3 factors above must be optimized for each individual. Every single person out there has different recovery abilities.

Most people cannot handle working each muscle group every single day of the week for high volume, high intensity, and high frequency.

If one kept the volume low and the intensity low, then yes, you could work each muscle group every day BUT then you might not be able to apply the volume and intensity needed to build muscle.

You have to push yourself at times to build muscle. You will have trouble building muscle if you do not apply the proper intensity to each set. Intensity can be cycled. For example, one workout you might do higher volume with a lower intensity and another workout you might do lower volume with high intensity.

There's a balance of the 3 factors I mentioned above that each person must find so he/she gets optimal results from weight training. That's what I teach you with the WLC System Manual and the WLC Workouts Manual.

So... in general, to answer your question: No, I usually do not recommend you train with weights, every muscle group, every day of the week. For the large majority of people, this will be too much for their bodies and the results will be very, very slow if you get any results at all.
