Lost 6.25 inches in One Week With WLC

"I am in my second week, and really doing well. After finishing my first week I was down 1 scale lb, and 6.25 inches. Half way thru second week, I'm really loving this.

About 4 years ago I lost 40 lbs--doing the right things: exercise and eating clean. WELLLLLL......I gained it all back and then some.

I'm a pretty big girl--have been since my last pregnancy. The baby is now 21 and in the Marine Corps! LOL!!

I'm 5'2" and weigh 220. Needless to say, I NEED this program. As I mentioned in my post in the question section, this is the first program I have found that makes sense, and that I can actually SEE myself DO.

I've tried them all: Tom Venuto, Rob Poulos, the EOD diet, Craig Ballantyne, Steven Cabral, Fit Yummy Mummy, Valerie Waters, blah..blah, blah.

I have a DRAWER FULL of ebooks, not to mention everything stored on my computer! LOL!!

If it doesn't feel right, you just wont do it. So anyway...I'm doing it. :) "


"Just wanted to give you my second week stats;

I am down 1 scale pound: 1% BF, I am down 5.75 inches.

That makes 12 inches for the last two weeks!

I am so excited! I am starting to see a difference in my belly area. I have so much to lose, but I have results already and feel totally motivated to keep going!
