Mobility Exercises Are One Of The Keys To Lifting Weights With Proper Form And Technique For A Long Time

Mobility exercises keep the aches, pains, and injuries away. That's why I want you to start using these before weight training workouts
and even directly after them if needed.
These types of exercises are dynamic stretches, and they really get your ready for a weight lifting workout.
If you really want to be able to move great for the rest of your life, these exercises are a MUST. If you want to be a lifelong weight lifter,
you can't go without these.

The exercises at the pages above are something that I started with and have never given up since the first day. That's how
much they have helped me. I do them before every weightlifting workout. I never go one workout without them.
My knees feel great now, and my entire body feels good. Having a very mobile body is a great thing.
You can use the exercises above as a pre workout warm up to get your muscles ready to go. Many of them really get you going
and alert for your workout. You'll really enjoy them because they just feel good to do.
