Pay Attention to the Nutritional Value of Food You Are Eating With Every MealTweet
You should strive to feed your body with very high nutritional value foods. Instead of eating some white bread ... you would instead choose real oats because their nutritional value is so much higher. Instead of having a protein shake in the middle of the day as a meal replacement, you would choose wild-caught salmon because it's nutritional value is so much higher. Do you see what I mean? You want to eat a large variety of foods so your body benefits from all types of food. For example, instead of having an apple every single day with the same meal -- have a banana one day, an apple the next, an orange another day, a grapefruit, and so on. REAL food is so much better than any supplement. That's the truth. You also must cut out the vast majority of junk food from your diet.
