  1. Personalized Weight Lifting Program

    I design each and every weight lifting program to fit your goals. You will be required to answer a detailed questionnaire in which I base your program design. I want all the details answered so I can design your program to fit your needs!


  2. Help with Diet Planning

    I will help you design your diet plan depending on your goal. I focus on either muscle building or fat loss for each personal training cycle. I use all of my past knowledge and experience to do everything that I can to help you build muscle and lose fat at the same time. We will work together with your diet plan because I need your help with the foods you like and don't like to eat.


  3. Cardiovascular Program

    Your cardio program will always have a plan for you to progress also. I use cardiovascular exercise for fat loss, increased recovery, and overall cardiovascular health. I want you to live a long and healthy life with that new dream body of yours! Cardio is always a part of my online personal training programs.


  4. Weighted Stretching Program

    You will be using weighted stretching no matter what your goals are. It will be your job to find the stretches that feel the best for you, but I will help you with the selection and give suggestions. You will also have a plan for progression with weighted stretching. Everything we do in your program will have a plan for you to get better!


  5. Personalized Log Book

    I will provide you with your very own personalized log book to keep all of your weight lifting and cardio workouts. We will also keep track of body measurements, body fat measurements, progress, and even create graphs to show your progress.


  6. Weekly Assessments

    You will weigh yourself each week under the same conditions. I will make calculations and analyze your log book of results from the week. Depending on your goals, I will make decisions for your upcoming week and apply changes to your diet and weight lifting. You will have an updated plan each week to follow.


  7. Unlimited Questions and Answers

    I pride myself on answering questions quickly and detailed. You will understand what I mean after you sign up for training. I check email throughout the day and provide responses faster than any other online personal trainer out there. I don't take days to answer your questions like all the other trainers who promise to answer an unlimited amount of questions. I enjoy answering questions and realize that my answers effect your life!


  8. Coaching and Encouragement

    Throughout the weeks, I will provide daily coaching and encouragement. I want you to stay motivated, and I apply tactics to help you stay motivated. I want to ensure you are enjoying your workouts and having fun! I want you to be happy in your life and will help you with anything you might need.   9. Video Analysis if Needed

    I will provide help if needed for any of my trainees who are having trouble with doing exercises properly. If you have access to a video camera, you can record yourself performing the exercise. I will provide an anlaysis of your form and help you perfect your form. Correct exercise form is vital to your success. I want to ensure you are doing everything correctly!


  10. Supplementation

    I only suggest supplements that truly work. I will never lead you down the wrong path. I am money conscious myself, so the supplements I suggest will actually save you money! For example, whey protein is one of the cheapest forms of protein. You will most likely need to increase your protein intake, so whey protein will only help you save money. I buy and use the supplements I suggest because I know they work! I will make suggestions and you can decide for yourself.


  11. Need anything else?

    If you need something else that I've not included in my online personal training, just let me know! I will always help you no matter what you may need.
