Weight Lifting Complete is now offering online personal training! I am dedicated to helping you get the body you've always wanted through weight lifting, stretching, diet, and cardio. I provide personal training services to those people who are serious about meeting their goals and want individual help on a daily basis. Notice that I said serious people!

I only want to train people who are very serious about meeting their goals! I want to stress this! When you are serious about meeting your goals, I will not be wasting your money because you will follow my instructions and you will get results! This is very simple. You follow my lead on everything and put the work in, and you get results. Simple, right? You are doing all the work, but I am leading you and instructing you along the way. My Background

I've been lifting weights for about 9 years now. I've been through everything, and I know how to reach goals. I know how to build muscle and lose fat. I know how to build strength in the muscle building rep ranges. You will gain strength, build muscle, and lose fat with my help! In my 9 years of weight lifting, I've built over 60 pounds of muscle naturally and currently working my way up to 70! I've lost pounds and pounds of fat along my journey. What do you get?

When you sign up for online personal training, you'll get everything you need from me including a weight lifting program that fits your needs, schedule, and equipment that you have available. I will give you guidelines for your diet and put together a plan based on your inputs and schedule. You will get a stretching plan that you will execute during your weight lifting workout. And you'll get a cardio plan to use throughout your weight lifting cycle.

I will provide you with a weight lifting log where you are required to keep track of certain information each day. You'll need to send me your log at the end of each week, so I can make weekly decisions and adjustments to your program. You will get weekly adjustments to weight lifting, stretching, diet, and cardio depending on your progress.

I'll be here each and every day to answer any questions you have. You must be serious about changing your body because it does take hard work. You will need to send me your updated weight lifting logs each week, or I will have nothing to use to make decisions for the upcoming weeks! Online personal training requires that you be in contact with me throughout the week!

I like my trainees to commit to 12 week time periods because that's the duration of each weight lifting cycle here at Weight Lifting Complete. I will accept trainees for shorter time periods, but I give a discount for trainees that commit to the longer periods.

I like to reward the people who commit to longer time periods by lowering the price. Consistency over time is where the progress is made! If it helps you to commit to me for longer, then commit and let's get started.

I'm not big on the money back guarantee because I think it gives people who aren't willing to work hard an easy way out. I guarantee that I will work hard along with you to get you the best results of your life. You can bet on that! But, I'm still going to offer each trainee a money back guarantee after 4 weeks. If you're not happy with the services I provide you after you commit to me for a full 4 weeks, I will refund 100% of your money.

If you pay me and you don't provide me with the information I need within the time period that I need it, I will automatically refund your money and take on another trainee on the waiting list! I want serious people here. Serious people are the only people that make progress! I don't want to continue taking your money when you are not doing anything to improve your body. If I say that I need your updated log book and you haven't done anything, I do not want to take your money! I am not providing you with anything because you are not serious!

How to get Started?

You will have to work with me and provide information to me in order for me to design your complete weight lifting program. I want to make sure that you are serious about me training you. I do not want to waste your time and your money if you are not serious and motivated to work hard. So, when I provide you with the questionnaire, I need you to answer it with the most amount of detail possible! I need to learn more about you in order for me to help you!
