Here's A Pyramid Weight Lifting
Chart That Uses Percentages
You Don't Have To Calculate

In the world of weightlifting, everyone uses a pyramid weight lifting chart -- that is, if you're doing everything right. Let me explain...

If you aren't using the pyramid training style in your weight lifting program, I am positive you use pyramiding in your warm up sets.

Personally, I do not use or recommend pyramid-style training EXCEPT for warm ups. You do need to pyramid the weight up while decreasing the reps for your warm-ups.

So, everyone will be able to take advantage of this free pyramid weightlifting chart I have for you to download on this page.

You don't just go straight to your working set weight when you lift weights. You need to warm up thoroughly before lifting heavy weights, correct?

Would you go straight to a bar on the floor and attempt to lift 400 pounds without warming up? If so, you will eventually injure yourself if you do that too many time... might even happen the first time.

The pyramid weight lifting chart can be downloaded and used to calculate weights to warm up with. This weightlifting chart can also be used to design a pyramid style weightlifting program.

You'll find a one-rep max calculator or 1 RM calculator as some people call it in the file above.

You'll also get percentages based on your 1 rep max from 40 percent all the way up to 110 percent.

The pyramid weightlifting chart you download will be in zip format. All you have to do is unzip the file and open the spreadsheet with Microsoft Excel. If you do not have Excel installed on your computer, you can view the file with full functionality by downloading and installing the free Open Office on your computer.

I use Open Office exclusively on my computers. I love it because it's totally free with no strings attached:

You get a spreadsheet program comparable to Excel, a word processor program comparable to Word, a presentation program comparable to Power Point, a database program comparable to Access, and even more.

Remember, take the worksheet in the file above and add it to your weight lifting log spreadhseet. You can use it whenever you need for designing each weight lifting cycle or planning for the next workout.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...


Hi Josh,

Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while exploring the entire package!!!).

I have to admit that over the past years I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as yours!!!

I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers ... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims ... and it's yours.

I especially found the goal setting information to be very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my endeavours in the gym.

Your system will have me going after my dream body with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.

In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3 weeks if I was lucky!

Despite all that, during some years I'd build a little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you recommend.

I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line is I was never consistent with anything!!!!

I have a very strong feeling all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real results at last*.

Oh, by the way I am 56 years old and my long-term goal is to have an awesome physique at 60 in comparison to the average one I had at 30. Thank you once again for putting out such a terrific and very complete program - I will not have any hesitation in recommending it to everyone I know.
