You should be reading your Bible each and every day. You must spend time reading God’s word. His word will help guide you through each day and He will speak to you through His words. I promise your life will improve as you study God’s word.
You also need to be in constant prayer throughout the day. A good way to get into this habit is to always have prayer before and after your weight lifting workouts. Ask God to help you through each workout and to help you grow stronger.
My favorite song of all time. Watch this.
I want to quickly share my favorite song of ALL TIME with you. I listen to this every workout, and I receive strength from this song. Here’s the link to the video:
Also thank God and ask Him to bless each meal that you have. Ask Him to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs to help you grow stronger and to build muscle and burn fat. He will help you. Make your body a true temple for God.
You have no voids in your life any more.
YOU ARE NO LONGER A SLAVE TO FEAR. WHY? BECAUSE YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD. ACCEPT GOD AND YOU WILL FEAR NOTHING.
Please read your Bible as much as possible. The Bible is the WORD OF GOD. There is nothing more powerful than His Word. As His Word spreads throughout your body and mind, you will change into something spectacular!
I will leave you with the Word of God:
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” –- Hebrews 4:12
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” -– Ephesians 6:10-20
