Everything Else In Your Program Must Be Correct to Burn Fat Fast
When you have everything else correct in your program, cardio can really burn fat at a very fast rate.

Steady state cardio or cardio that is done at a steady pace can get very boring, but it is the best type of cardio for fat loss. Because it is so boring, many people give up on it altogether or simply cut their cardio sessions short.

Keep Your Metabolism Revved
Cardiovascular exercise is the secret to fat loss because increasing the amount of cardio you perform has the benefit of creating a larger calorie deficit without decreasing your metabolism.
When you decrease your calories, you will decrease your metabolism.
And you can send a distress signal to your body causing it to hold onto its fat stores. By increasing cardio and NOT decreasing calories… you burn a lot more fat without losing any muscle mass.
Cardio even helps your body become more efficient at burning fat for energy.
Nothing burns fat like cardiovascular exercise.
In order to burn fat directly during exercise, oxygen must be present.
Weight lifting is anaerobic exercise, which means without oxygen. Weight lifting is a higher intensity activity performed in shorter bursts. Weight lifting indirectly leads to fat loss by creating a calorie deficit and thru building muscle which in turn burns more calories.

So, weight lifting is VERY important for fat loss too but cardio burns fat directly from your body when used properly.

Oxygen is used to generate energy for cardiovascular exercise. Do you know where this energy can come from? That’s right — your fat stores.
