Skeptical About Fitness Programs

Hi I'm from the UK and I'm always reading fitness plans etc that are from USA and am very sceptical. No offence :-).

Especially when you have to pay! I'm 42 male 5ft 10 and 156lbs. My goal is to gain a bit more weight and pack some muscle and look and feel fit.

I have always had a high metabolism thus always remaining slim.

I play squash once every 2 weeks and have just started going to the gym twice a week, also trying to consume more protein.

I need a push to keep me interested and determined to keep going, I think if I see results I would be more enthusiastic. Lol! My body fat is 22.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Nice to meet you.

I understand your skepticism. You have a right to be skeptical about anything and everything from the US. There are so many scammers out there it truly is ridiculous.

Comes to show you that money is number 1 instead of people. I'm not sure why or how anyone would want to scam someone out of their money but that's what happens 50% of the time it seems.

I get sick to my stomach seeing some of the claims in ads all over the Internet. I see flat out lies everywhere. It's sad. Money is number one to most people.

Money is NOT number one here and never will be. You can bet on that. My number one goal is to help people -- I believe that's our purpose in life. Help others and you will be rewarded. Why not help others? The world would be a much better place if everyone helped the people around them.

Alright, enough of the talk about that. I hope you can put your trust in me. As you get to know me, I'm sure you will see that I really am here to help.

The best way to get motivated and stay motivated is to set goals from the start, work hard to reach those goals with the right program for your goals, and see REAL results.

When you start to see results, your motivation stays high and you can't wait to get to the next workout because you know you're going to see more results.

I believe in a COMPLETE program and really think that nothing else will work forever except a complete program. It's a complete lifestyle change that allows you to keep getting results and keep those results for the rest of your life.
